Hi, I’m Isaac Luo, a student at New York University and the founder of The Blind Box Café. My passion for coffee began in college, where I worked at two different cafés and gained over two years of hands-on experience learning the art of crafting great drinks and creating welcoming spaces. Over time, I realized that while coffee is part of nearly everyone’s daily routine, it often becomes repetitive and predictable. I wanted to find a way to make coffee runs fun again—something that sparks excitement and curiosity. That idea became The Blind Box Café, a place where every visit brings a little surprise and every cup has a story.
